Job Description

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage CEO's calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
• Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
• Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Take minutes during meetings Email/inbox management for CEO
• Attend all senior leadership meetings to create agendas, take minutes and provide reporting
• Travel bookings and management Pre-empting the CEO s needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
