Job Description

• Manage professional and personal scheduling and support for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
• Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives and other staff
• Prepare internal and external documents, gathering documents from prospective clients and clients, as requried
• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
• Arrange meetings with other C level, Directors of B2B corporates
• Arrange events, as required, from time to time.
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Performance bonus
