Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to the Director. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of providing high-level executive assistance in a corporate environment.
• This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism.
• Collect, organize and analyze data timely to support decision-making processes.
• Conduct research and prepare data-driven reports to assist in business planning and performance evaluation.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Provide exceptional written and oral communication support to senior management.
• Handle confidential correspondence and maintain high levels of discretion.
• Travelling should not be a problem.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a finance background.
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably Finance specialization).
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) for data analysis and presentation creation.
• Proficiency in planning and organizing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travelling should not be a problem.
