Facilitating internal and external communication on behalf of the executive. 3. *Meeting Coordination*: Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics such as venue and equipment. Taking minutes and following up on action items. 4. *Project Management*: Assisting with or leading projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is reported to the executive. 5. *Confidentiality*: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality. 6. *Problem-Solving*: Acting as a gatekeeper, making decisions about who gets access to the executive and what information the executive receives.
