Overview: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who can also handle responsibilities of a Personal Assistant, with a strong background in Human Resources (HR) and Administration. This role is pivotal in supporting our executives and ensuring smooth operation of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Executive Support:
• Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
• Act as the first point of contact for executives, handling correspondence and phone calls.
• Prepare and organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.
• Personal Assistance:
• Provide personalized support to executives, including handling personal tasks and errands as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters.
• Human Resources:
• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and employee records.
• Administrative Support:
• Oversee office operations and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, and handle general administrative tasks.
• Support in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
• Communication and Liaison:
• Facilitate communication between executives, departments, and external stakeholders.
• Draft and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably with exposure to HR functions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
