Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Owner and leadership team at Amrev X Academy. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, oversee communications, and handle personal tasks for the owner as needed. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Provide comprehensive support to the owner, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.
Assist with day-to-day operations, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
Monitor and follow up on key deliverables, tasks, and deadlines.
Qualifications
• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in managing expense reports
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to provide executive support
• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
• Knowledge of financial markets is a plus
• Any Bachelor's degree
