Communication Handling: xefx82xb7 Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensure timely responses or appropriate delegation. xefx82xb7 Verifying purchase orders, service purchase orders, and sales orders, ensuring timely closure of pending orders. xefx82xb7 Verifying and making payments. 3. Meeting & Event Coordination: xefx82xb7 Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Also, assist with organizing corporate events or conferences. xefx82xb7 Organizing production review meetings with the plant team and cost analysis meetings with the finance team. xefx82xb7 Effectively schedule and co-ordinate the meetings in an accurate and flexible manner by inviting participants. 4.
