The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support for the CEO to ensure efficiency to accomplish key tasks and initiatives. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements, tracking key deliverables, coordinating meeting information, and managing follow-up in a timely manner. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
