Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
• Handle incoming communications and prioritize correspondence through calls and emails.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
• Conduct research and compile data to support executive projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Writing Email and Handling Calls)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
