  • Provide senior management support to drive business performance and internal processes.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relations with internal and external colleagues.
  • Deliver accurate and timely presentations, analyses, and projects.
  • Provide recommendations and advice when suitable.
  • Support the Management team with ad-hoc business projects.
  • Develop internal relationships with the India Office Leadership Team and the broader India Leadership Team.
  • Foster external relationships with vendors, business consultants, creative agencies, and other organizations.
  • Ensure changes decided at the Corporate or India Leadership Team level are fully understood and adaptable.
  • Promote and implement the Novo Nordisk Way.
QualificationsWe realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:
  • Business/Finance background or similar.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) & Windows.
  • SAP BO knowledge is desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within Finance or Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • High proficiency in business planning & strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
