- Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the MDs calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects, including research, data analysis, and coordination of deliverables.
- Office Management: Coordinate office work, MIS preparation, Data Management.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Organizing Travel Arrangements: Handling logistics for flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Personal Assistance: Assisting with personal tasks such as errands and appointments when necessary.
