Position Overview:The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a strategic and integral role within the executive team, acting as a right-hand person to the HEAD OF CENTER. The Chief of Staff is responsible for ensuring that the GCCs strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations align with its goals and mission. This role requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and drive results across the organization.Purpose of role:The purpose of this role is to contribute to the PMO function by designing and developing technical solutions for cross-tower initiatives, managing projects, tracking KPIs, and overseeing routine management tasks. The role is responsible for driving, measuring, monitoring, and coordinating operations through a data-driven approach. It entails understanding key metrics andimplementing an effective governance model. The role involves envisioning, strategizing, and executing high-priority projects for GCC. The CoS also holds responsibility for managing and reviewing the budget for Operations, implementing managerial controlsand routines for leaders, and creating 1-year and 3-year plans for OperationsKey Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning and Execution:- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans.- Monitor progress towards strategic goals and objectives.- Identify and manage key projects and initiatives that drive business growth.2. Executive Support:- Act as a trusted advisor to the HEAD OF CENTER and executive team.- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.- Manage the HEAD OF CENTERs calendar, priorities, and communications.3. Operational Efficiency:- Implement and refine processes and procedures to enhance productivity.- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.4. Team Leadership and Development:- Lead and mentor a team of administrative and project management staff.- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.- Facilitate communication and collaboration among senior leaders and teams.5. Stakeholder Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Represent the HEAD OF CENTER and the company in meetings, conferences, and public events.- Act as a liaison between the executive team and other key stakeholders.6. Special Projects:- Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the HEAD OF CENTER.- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.- Ensure timely and successful completion of projects.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.- 8+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.- Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational efficiency.- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Strong presentation skills- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.Language skills:Must have strong English written and verbal communication skillsIT/Other skills:Must have Expert level Microsoft Excel, Word and advance PowerPoint skillCompetencies :Compassion: Someone who genuinely cares for all the towers and about Kraft Heinzs reputationAbility to want to achieve Gold Standard in every deliverableTeamwork: Must have the ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate within and across teamsStrong stakeholder management skills: Must have the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and senior leadership in a global environment, establish credibility and add value to every interaction and serviceStrong customer orientation: High level of responsiveness to requests and/or troubleshooting; staying up to-date with industry trends and best practices with the aim to continuously improve services and functionsCommunication Skills:At Kraft Heinz youll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
