Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Director

We operate online, leveraging video content and cutting-edge strategies to create impactful programs. We're looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and organized Personal Assistant to work closely with the CEO and help manage both personal and business-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personal Tasks:
• Organize family health appointments.
• Plan family holidays, book trips, and manage travel arrangements.
• Coordinate household management, including drivers, cooks, and cleaners.
• Ensure house supplies and groceries are stocked up.
• Assist in planning and organizing family events, get-togethers, and fun activities.
• Manage schedules and ensure timely reminders for family or personal events.
2. Administrative and Business Support:
• Organize weekly team meetings and ensure action items are followed up.
• Report on expenditures weekly and keep track of budgeting updates.
• Handle simple marketing tasks (e.g., posting on social media as instructed).
• Sort and organize job applications in coordination with the recruiting process.
• Assist in coordinating with lawyers, court dates, and other legal matters.
• Maintain a swipe file for ads and marketing reference material.
• Coordinate with different team members to track progress on tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
3. Project Coordination:
• Keep track of deadlines and deliverables for various business tasks.
• Ensure smooth coordination between team members on ongoing projects.
• Follow up with freelancers and contractual team members to ensure timely completion of their work.
Qualifications:
• A tech-savvy individual with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
• Impeccable English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable managing both personal and business-related tasks.
• Owning a Reliable vehicle (2-wheeler or above) and the ability to travel when necessary.
• Experience in personal assistance, office management, or similar roles is a plus.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
