Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate calls to clients to collect raw data, ensuring clear and professional communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in either Excel or Google Sheets, organizing it systematically for easy access and analysis.
  • Occasionally handle email communication with clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries or requests for information.
  • Keep detailed records of all client interactions, data collection processes, and any changes or updates made to the inventory data.


Experience Range: 0 - 3 years

Educational Qualifications: Any graduation,

Skills Required: Telecalling, Customer Service, Client Co-ordination, Communication, MS Excel,

Candidate Attributes:
  • Bachelor\'s degree. Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are crucial.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in data collection, entry, and maintenance.
