We are currently looking for an Executive- Agronomist for Absolute. In this role you will:

Providing customers with information on products, services & offers
Take calls from customers and do outbound calling
Identifying customer needs
Taking customer calls and solving queries
Keep record of the customers, their complaints and comments as well as action taken care of.

What we are looking for:
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
At least two years of experience in calling.
Ability to sit at a desk and/or computer terminal to perform writing and/or keying/typing information for protracted periods of time
Ability to respond professionally to common inquiries or complaints from sales staff and other employees, customers, regulatory agencies, suppliers, etc.
Passion to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, creating / managing a business, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment.
Should be fluent in Hindi, English.
A desire to work in the impact space, with a passion to make the world a "better" place.
