Our client growing Digital Marketing and Hiring Agency is driven by passionate thinkers who work closely with each brand to create strategies that produce unparalleled results.The Job :Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple channels (web, social media, email, etc.)- Recruit, manage, and optimize relationships with affiliate partners- Negotiate commissions, track affiliate performance, and ensure compliance with program terms- Create engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, etc.) to promote products/services- Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to align affiliate marketing efforts with business objectives- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes (e.g. Amazon Associates, ShareASale, Commission Junction)Ideal Candidate :- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field (digital marketing, marketing, sales)- Proven track record of success in affiliate marketing- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tools, and strategies- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field- You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.- You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.- You have working knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, analytical Skills, networking, digital marketing and content writing- Experience within would be a strong advantage (ref:updazz.com)
