Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data to track key metrics, identify trends, and generate insights for clients. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and recommendations effectively.
Ad Operations Management: Oversee ad operations processes, including ad trafficking, creative asset management, and quality assurance. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of advertising assets and campaigns.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and drive client satisfaction and retention.

Key Qualifications:
Graduate / post-graduate in any discipline.
2+ years of experience with Ad Operations.
2+ years of experience with working in a customer facing role
English speaking strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity of Advertising in the Digital Marketing industry and measurement metrics
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner and learn new software quickly.
