Roles & Responsibilities:



Handling Telephonic Enquiry Counseling Walk-In Enquiry &Converting into Admissions Handling Revenue Collection from Students Students Grievances handling at the time of admissions Proper Reporting &MIS Quality Check & Feedback from Students Assist with administrative responsibilities as assigned Critical to be able to follow up high potential leads Assessing student goals and objectives, and credentials Formulating relevant study recommendations for prospective students Able to guide and work on applications Interact with universities to manage relationships as well as internal communication. Support digital marketing by developing strategies

Required skills:



1 or 2 Years Experience in counseling students Good communication skills, presentation skills & personality Teamwork, willingness to learn, communication, self-motivation,etc Graduate is mandatory Good Negotiating skill
