Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support :
• Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain reports, records, and presentations as required.
• Coordination :
• Schedule meetings, training sessions, and site visits for security personnel.
• Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, feedback, and service updates.
• Record Maintenance :
• Maintain employee records such as attendance, work schedules, and leave applications.
• Keep track of contracts, licenses, and certifications for compliance purposes.
• Procurement & Inventory :
• Oversee the purchase and inventory of office supplies, uniforms, and security equipment.
• Maintain vendor relationships for procurement needs.
• Compliance & Reporting :
• Assist in ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations, such as labor laws and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit reports related to security operations to senior management.
• Client & Employee Engagement :
• Address employee concerns and escalate them when necessary.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
