• Facility & Infrastructure - Should be able to manage upkeep of facility , repair and maintenance, renovation etc.
• Infrastructure based compliance - Registration renewals like shops and establishment license, Fire NOC, Lift NOC, Environmental NOC etc.
• Liaison - Should be able to liaise with local government bodies for approval, clearances etc
• General Administration - Manage local purchase of items, stationary, petty cash management.
• Billing and Purchase - Should be able to arrange quotations, process vendor bills as per timelines, handling local reimbursement.
• Adhoc arrangement - Any other admin related activity as allocated by Head Admin from time to time.
