We\'re looking for a Executive Administration This role is Office Based
In this role you will:
  • Coordination with vendor for weekly pest control and routine maintenance activities.
  • Hyderabad Hotel Bookings.
  • Employee Transport Management(Hyderabad Local)
  • Ensuring all contractual agreements (AMC\xe2\x80\x99s) with the vendors is available and renewed periodically.
  • Access Control Management
  • Activation and deactivation of the cards, Monthly reports
  • Pantry & Cafeteria Management
  • Office stationary & printing
  • Vendor Management (Arranging monthly / quarterly meeting / reviews with vendor for
  • feedback and the services provided)
  • Processing monthly vendor invoices on time for payments
  • Responding to Admin Helpdesk Tickets on time
  • Housekeeping Management of CSOD Hyderabad office
  • Ensure office cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at standard

  • Event Management: Ensure necessary support is provided on company events and festivals celebrations (Internal as well as outside)
  • Printing of visiting cards & ID cards and employee name plates
  • Preparing Monthly MIS
  • Filing & Documentation of vendor confidential papers
  • Incident Reporting.

  • Qualification: Minimum Graduate
  • Experience Required: Minimum 4-5yrs of experience while handing similar role.
