A Day in Your Life at MKS:As an Executive Administration at MKS Atotech, India you will partner with the local Organization to provide support for smooth functioning of Administration. In this role, you will report to the Head of Administration.You Will Make an Impact By:

• To provide support for smooth functioning of Administration, Security, Horticulture, Facility management including cafeteria, Employee transportation
• To demonstrate excellence in handling the day-to-day Admin functions
• To Ensure support adherence to various acts like EPF, ESI, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Factories Act and other compliances required by various Govt. agencies for contractual employees
• To ensure AMC & Vendor Management for administration
• To ensure optimization of Administration Cost, while retaining the employee satisfaction
• To participate actively for various Audit & Implementation
• To work with Engagement committees and ensure administrative arrangements for special events like, Birthday Celebration, festival celebrations, Reward & Recognition, Town hall etc.
• To ensure vendor payments management in line of compliance requirement
• Ensure to create all PRs/POs related to HR/Admin for India in line of Global guidelines and compliance

Skills You Bring:

• Graduate in any stream. PG Diploma will be additional advantage.

• Computer Software skills - SAP (ERP), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) including handling of emails
• A result - oriented professional with nearly 4-5 years experience.
• Well versed with statutory compliances related to Contractual employees and various labour laws
• Demonstrates high level of inter-personal sensitivity, accountability, customer orientation, systems thinking, and change management skills
