Job Purpose:

The Executive - Administration will provide essential administrative support, oversee day-to-day facility operations, and coordinate services to ensure smooth business functioning. The role also involves implementing policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
• Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility-related services such as maintenance, cleaning, and security.
• Monitor and manage contracts and service agreements.
• Prepare and present reports on facility usage, maintenance schedules, and operational budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of facility services, contracts, and compliance.
• Assist in planning and executing office relocations, renovations, and other facility-related projects.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of administrative projects.
• Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth office operations.
• Manage office supplies and ensure availability of essential materials.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to facility and administrative management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Serve as a point of contact for facility-related emergencies.
• Ensure proper handling of emergencies, including coordination with relevant authorities.

### Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 - 12 years of experience in an administrative or facility management role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
