Key Responsibilities:
• Office Management:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
• Manage office equipment and liaise with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Communication:
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Handle inquiries from employees, clients, and visitors.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications as required.
• Documentation & Filing:
• Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and other important files.
• Ensure compliance with company policies for record-keeping and data privacy.
• Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations as required by management.
• Support to Management:
• Provide administrative assistance to senior management and other departments as needed.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings or projects.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
