It is regularly providing immigration services to its clients\xe2\x80\x99 and their employees & It specialize in providing comprehensive and seamless Out-bound Immigration Solutions, In-bound Immigration Solutions, Real Estate & Destination Services along with Tax & Allied Services; for corporates and their individuals; since 2005.The Role:As an Administrative Manager, you\'ll ensure smooth office operations, manage business travel arrangements, company retreats, oversee vendors, manage procurement and facilities, enhancing our work environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests. Guest management.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. Keep updated records and files.
  • Manage House Keeping and their work.
  • Overseeing daily operations, managing supplies, equipment, vendor relations for facilities, maintaining office space.
  • Organize and manage business travel arrangements for employees (flight bookings, hotel reservations, etc.). Planning company retreats/team-building events, managing logistics for client meetings.
  • Develop relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, managing vendor performance and procurement processes.
  • Develop a global gifting strategy, managing selection/purchase/delivery of gifts for clients and employees, maintaining a gift budget.
  • Procure items for employee onboarding kits, manage inventory, track usage, and replenish stock as needed.
  • Coordinate device procurement, manage inventory, delivery, and setup for new hires
  • Facilitate recalls or replacements as needed.
Skills Required:
  • Good communication & PR skills
  • A good team player who is disciplined, punctual, honest & mature
  • Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • B. Com, DBM or MBA-Human Resources from a Reputed Institute
  • 2+ years in managing Human Resource and Administration functions in a small or mid-sized service industry.
