Designation : Accounts Payable Specialist


Qualifications:


• Monitoring Vendor Invoice Processing & Payment


• In case of Import Payment, ensure the relevant compliances and coordinate with Treasury


• Ensure that Payments to Vendors are made on due date and accurately without any errors



- Tax Compliance - GST , TDS


• Monitoring Advances, Debits, Retention, BG, Provisional liabilities GL's


• Monitoring Vendor reconciliations and dispute handling


• Inter Company reconciliation and GST closure


• Ensuring Month end/ Year End accounting activities related to AP.


• Handling MIS related to AP and exception reports


• Facilitate conduct of Internal audit, statutory audit and its compliance


• Driving Automation projects


• Manage & Provide effective leadership to the team


Skills Required:


• Team management



- Sound Knowledge of Accounts payable - Domestic and Import payments


• Sound Knowledge of GST laws, TDS, Withholding tax etc.


• Knowledge of Treasury and Banking operations



- Proficiency in SAP and MS office - Adv Excel etc.


• Able to work in high pressure environment
