Prepare Bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis.

Do proper accounting of projects and individuals on regular basis.

3

Passing all the necessary entries correctly in Tally.

4

Deduct TDS wherever applicable on Invoice or at the time of payments.

5

Printing, filling, Maintaining documents /records with proper authorization on it.

6

Verification of salary & Wage and bonus its timely payments on or before due dates.

7

Make available TDS certificate to vendors and maintain record of the same.

Timely payment of statutory dues like TDS, GST, etc.

Timely filling return of TDS and GST.

Preparing receipts of customers.

Cheque disbursement, Follow ups with vendors.

Assisting senior in preparing details /data for audit & assessments.

Prepare MIS on monthly basis.

Timely Payment of all schedule payment, like Bank Transfer, SIP payment etc....

Filing Index as per SOP defined by company.

16

Effective delegation of work to your colleague when you are on leave.

17

To do work given by seniors as instructed time to time.
