Gross Salary : Rs.15,000 p.m To Rs.50,000 p.m

Role: Plant Cost Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Costing and Pricing:
• Review and update cost records based on discussion with the central costing team for all manufacturing processes.
• Analyse cost data and provide detailed reports to management.
• Monitor wastage levels & scrap and ensure they are within acceptable limits and correctly reported in the system
• Tracking production records, stores, dispatch, purchases, etc at the plant level and reconciliation. Inter-team coordination for finalization and coordination with HO team.
• End to End process review from Sales order to Dispatch Job Card wise
• Review job cards for each production run, ensuring all relevant data is captured.
• Ensure the manufacturing system is updated with new job cards and cost data.
• Ensure all system data is accurate and up-to-date, reflecting real-time production costs and activities.
• Interact with production, stores, dispatch etc , variance analysis BOM vs Actual issuance , GRN booked vs actual Purchase , control & report on non GRN related purchase, estimated vs actual pricing/ costing analysis.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with the corporate accounting & finance team to ensure consistent accounting across the organization.
• Inventory Management:
• Track inventory levels and ensure accurate valuation of stock.
• Monitor and report on material usage, highlighting any discrepancies or inefficiencies.
• Compliance and Audit:
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with production, procurement, and finance teams to gather and analyse cost data.
• Provide training and support to staff on cost management practices and systems.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Graduation - B.Com/ M.com / Cost Accountant
• Experience:
• 7-10 yrs , check in relevant profile
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Familiarity with cost accounting principles and practices.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and cost control measures.

Salary and Benefits:

• Rs.15,000 p.m To Rs.50,000 p.m

Skills Required:

1.Excellent MS Office Skills (Advanced Ms Excel)

2.Knowledge in accounts, finance, treasury & Costing

3.He/ She should have Good Analytical thinking

4.Manufacturing industry experience candidates will be given more preferable
