Job Description

: Weekly Activities
Weekly timesheet run in T&A system(Macris)
Validation of all the weekly timesheet reports (including corrections)
Perform Macris weekly T&A data load into JDE
Closure of the week in Macris and opening of the fresh week in Macris
Overtime validations
Monthly Activities in JDE
Run month end close in JDE - including entering fx rates into JDE
Period end initiation in JDE
Fx update in JDE
Revaluation run for AR and AP
Closing of all the submodules
Regular Activities
JDE admin support to the business(all the JDE Users) and co-ordination with Redfaire as required
Macris admin support
Create/Modify - contract or charge numbers in JDE
Account codes or Dept numbers creation
Modification of accounts
Blocking of charge/project numbers
Create / maintain OLTC reports
Others
Generate ad-hoc reports out of JDE and Vigilens as requested
Co-ordinate systems (JDE, Macris and OLTC) internal audits
JDE quarterly spend analysis
Maintain access control matrix as per the internal control requirements
