The Account Assistant will support the accounting department by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budgets.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors regarding billing and payments.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
