Job Responsibilities:


• Provide support to the Institutional Desk in carrying out their operations and trading.
• Provide support to on-board the new customers and old clients' renewals.
• Learn and assist in basic Back-Office software functionalities (Lidha-Didha).
• Learn and assist in sending electronic contract notes via STP and Trade settlement work-flow.
• Learn Market Practices on Institutional Trading.
• Should be well-versed with Options/ Currency/ Commodity trading.
• Help the team in daily processing and confirmation of trades for all designated clients.
• Assist team to retain customers and generate business.
• Active interaction with Front-office/ Trading team.
• Provide L1 support to the customers for basic queries.
• Maintain system licenses and coordinate with the vendors for invoices and payments.
• Able to maintain high level of confidentiality & personal integrity.
• Should be good in MS Office and CRM.
