• Should have sound knowledge of construction activities and its sequencing.
• Should be able to study and review the drawing before execution.
• Ascertain the project goals, budgets, and overall key factors.
• Review technical building and infrastructure plans and drawings for the project.
• Should have sound knowledge of MEP activities and its sequencing..
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Should have experience on high rise building.
• Should be able to manage people on site.
• Ensure and forecast the quantities as per BOQ.
• Responsible for final handover to end user.
• Initiate and ensure timely approval of additional activities to be carried out apart from drawings.
• Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company.
