Position Overview:
• Managing schedules: Organizing calendars and appointments, and booking travel arrangements
• Handling communications: Answering phones, responding to emails, and screening calls
• Preparing documents: Writing correspondence, presentations, and reports, and compiling market research
• Planning events: Organizing meetings, conferences, and workshops, and booking meeting rooms
• Taking notes: Recording meeting minutes and transcribing discussions
• Performing general office tasks: Filing, scanning, faxing, and tidying the office
• Maintaining confidentiality: Keeping confidential information private
• Traveling with their boss: Assisting with tasks during travel, such as taking meeting notes and communicating with the company back home
