:Loc: Kochi, TrivandrumJD JD: Skills MS Exchange Online platform Mail flow Mail connectors Powershell Domains/Subdomains Basic networking protocols (SMTP, TCPIP) Communications skills Problem solving skills Change management experience (ServiceNow experience preferred) Exchange email tasks Troubleshoot incident tickets related to email flow, mail access, shared mail boxes, user and groups, outlook client issues, etc Configuration changes/Troubleshoot issues related to: Security EOP/M365 Defender Alias/subdomains Mail flow Shared mailboxes Retention related issues Archiving related issues Mail flow management of rules, connectors, tracing, etc. Email user migrations from one company to another (from other tenant to ours) Monitoring Daily Exchange functionality Observe and convey MS reports of issues Compliance issues Assist IAM team with user creation/management and troubleshooting issues Assist with various email security appliance troubleshooting or any mail flow related issues O365 related - Assist with: Intune/Endpoint manager Mobile device management Device policies Security settings Conditional access (related)Skills:Exchange Online,Azure Active Directory,PowershellAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
