What success looks like in this role:

o A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of complex issues in creative ways. o Able to work either individually on tasks and projects or as a team on joint tasks and projects o Individual who is a self-starter and possesses a desire to always learn new things with an inner drive to complete all assignments o Solves complex problems and an ability to look at new perspectives using new or existing solutions. o Understands and adheres to best security practices in the industry and the company. o Possesses excellent verbal and written skills o Skilled in writing documentation covering all areas of technical responsibility for purposes of support/ troubleshooting/auditing o Implements, tests and integrates new applications/tools as required to support environment o Understanding and knowledge around implementation of DR planning for critical applications according to determined strategies o Skilled in providing instructions and training to staff when necessary o Follows through in completion of user issues through tickets/emails/user contact o Possesses good user interaction skills with an ability to gather, monitor, and respond to requests for support o Investigates and diagnoses system faults and errors


You will be successful in this role if you have:

o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. o Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with primary emphasis on support of Microsoft O365 and secondarily with On-Premises Exchange environments o Must be fully experienced in SMTP, IMAP, Outlook, IIS relays and all basic messaging functionality o Proven experience with DMARC/DKIM/SPF o Must have working knowledge of Azure/Entra for resolving messaging related issues o Must have working knowledge of Active Directory for troubleshooting email issues o Knowledge of Proofpoint and/or SendGrid is desirable.
