Email Content Creation : Craft compelling email copies for promotional, informational, and transactional campaigns. Develop specialized content for follow-up and cart abandonment emails to boost customer engagement.2. Understanding Brand and Audience : Create/Understand customer persona, target audience and understand client\'s brand guidelines.3. Content Strategy and Planning : Actively participate in planning sessions with the marketing team. Maintain and update the work calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies.4. Scriptwriting for Video Content : Write scripts for loom and promotional videos that complement email campaigns, providing clear direction to designers and video editors.5. Review and Editing : Refine email texts for clarity, grammatical correctness, and alignment with brand standards. Implement feedback to optimize content.6. Collaboration and Coordination : Engage with multiple departments including sales, design, and marketing to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Assist in the creation of presentation materials.7. Content Localization and Adaptation : Adapt content for diverse international markets, ensuring cultural and contextual relevance.Requirements :- Bachelor\'s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating - creative and effective copywriting across different mediums.- We are seeking candidates with experience in email copywriting, backed by a portfolio showcasing proficiency in B2B, B2C, and cold email strategies.- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling content.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Proficiency in using google sheets and google docs.Additional Preferences :- Write engaging and persuasive copy for email campaigns.- Develop content strategies to optimize email performance.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging with overall brand strategy.- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement of content.
