Location : Bangalore About the team: The Finance Core Systems is responsible for all deliveries related to solutions in its scope: Finance, both SAP and legacy, as well as solutions for Real Estate. The Solution Center has full responsibility for runtime (cost, quality of service) and for the delivery of projects. The Solution Center is supporting roadmap design and long-term planning in its area. It is then responsible for driving deliveries according to the global solutions agenda. We are now looking for an SAP Transport Co-ordinator with SAP Solution Manager skills. We would also like this person to have a good communication & stakeholder management skill. In this role you will be reporting to the DPAO General & Lease Accounting, and you will be part of the Global Accounting Systems delivery team. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate SAP release planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple environments, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, testing, infrastructure, and operations to define release requirements and timelines.
• Implement and maintain release management processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
• Perform risk assessment and impact analysis for proposed changes and releases, identifying potential issues and mitigating strategies.
• Lead release readiness reviews, change control boards, and post-implementation reviews to evaluate release success and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage communication and coordination with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on release status and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Develop and maintain release documentation, including release notes, deployment plans, and rollback procedures.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of release management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Education & Experience Required:
