We are looking for a detail-oriented Excel Specialist to manage, format, validate, audit, and process insurance claims files efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience in handling data with accuracy and integrity.Key Responsibilities:Manage Insurance Claims Files: Handle and organize insurance claims data in Excel spreadsheets.Format Excel Files: Format and prepare Excel files according to company standards and requirements.Upload Files into System: Ensure accurate and timely upload of formatted Excel files into the claims management system.Validate Data: Verify and validate the accuracy of data in the system against the original Excel files.Audit Files: Conduct thorough audits of claims files to ensure compliance with internal and client-specific standards.Client Communication: Prepare and send audited files to clients within specified timelines.Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all processed files and ensure data confidentiality.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in working with Microsoft Excel, preferably in a data management or administrative role.Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.Experience with data management and data entry.Familiarity with insurance claims processes is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with insurance claims management systems.Knowledge of data auditing and validation techniques.Previous experience in a client-facing role.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per monthSchedule:
