To take required security/verification precautions by checking identification and confirming requisite documents, eligibility, etc.
To monitor the candidates by performing regular walk-throughs whilst they are taking tests, to ensure a secure testing environment.
To take signature of candidates while they step in/out of the testing room.
To file irregularity reports for unusual situations or complaints
To provide security at the testing facility by ensuring all locks and security systems are properly used. The TCA may also be responsible for holding keys to the testing facility.
To operate hardware and other test center equipment. To support operations and technical personnel with data communications.
To operate a DVR, digital camera, telephone system, and alarm system as and when required.
To actively participate in Prometric quality assurance, audit programs and other company exercises and initiatives as a flexible team player.
To maintain the cleanliness of the Test Center
To ensure a safe work environment and to proactively highlight any health & safety issues.
To complete TCA accreditation exams and to take part in training sessions as required
REQUIREMENTS:
Any Graduate/Postgraduate
One to two years customer service/front office/administration related experience required.
Candidates staying near to Office location/with Two-wheeler would be preferred.
Experience dealing with the public from a position of authority.
Strong verbal skills: ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
Ability to write detailed reports and correspondence.
KEY POINTS TO NOTE:
Annual CTC: INR 361000/- per annum
Week Offs: 2 (Roster Based Weekly Offs)
Shift Timings: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm / 9:00 am - 5:30 pm / 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (Decided by the Test Center Manager Incharge)
Experience: 0 - 3 years of experience (Fresher are eligible to apply from any discipline)
