Job Description
EX SERVICE MAN HAVING ENGINEERING BACKGROUND IS HIGHLY PREFERABLE.
Key Responsibilities
• Production Planning & Management :
• Ensure smooth workflow across all stages of production, including casting, smelting, rolling, and extrusion processes.
• Cost Efficiency & Budgeting :
• Monitor and optimize production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) :
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety drills, and training to mitigate potential hazards.
• Team Leadership & Development :
• Supervise production staff, including engineers, technicians, and operators, and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Supply Chain Coordination :
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and address any quality or delivery issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
