Job Opportunity: Trainer - Amigo Academy (Dholepatil Road, Pune)
Amigo Academy, specializing in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service training, is hiring a Crew Trainer.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs.
Conduct assessments and monitor trainee performance.
Prepare training materials (manuals, videos, presentations).
Mentor and support trainees.
Participate in placements and ensure competency achievement.
Qualifications:
12th/Diploma/Degree with 3-5 years as Cabin Crew or ex- flight attendant.
Proficient in MS Office.
Skills:
Aviation knowledge (emergency procedures, first aid, onboard service).
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Desired:
Positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for training.
