Is responsible for handling a range of complex HR projects and issues (employee
experience, organisation transformation, leadership development, training, pay and benefits, performance management, people management, business change)
Partners with our clients, taking ownership of their HR issues and initiatives, and
work to resolve these to ensure that best possible outcomes are achieved for the client
Develops an in-depth knowledge of our clients businesses whilst building and
maintaining strong client relationships to strengthen and grow existing accounts
Carries out detailed project work for clients and where appropriate draft well-
structured and comprehensive reports to inform the clients managementdecisions.
Designs and facilitates strategy sessions, training programs and learning modules
for clients around Leadership development, coaching, engagement action planning, managerial effectiveness, DEI and other related topics
Designs and executes a variety of Employee Experience Management programs
around Annual Engagement, Pulse, Life Cycle, 360 Feedback using best practices on survey design and employee research
Runs advanced analytics on survey data to establish or compare with
benchmarks and to find key insights based on segmentation and other criteria
Maintains HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data
Ensures that the teams deliverables fit the project focus, scope, and clients
needs
Is extensively involved in presenting insights from the employee research data to
C suite executives across clients
Executes EX Advisory Insights initiatives inclusive of competitor research, social
media trends, Employee Experience practices across industries
Actively contributes to content development such as white papers and articles for
publishing; Engage from time to time in social media initiatives on building Ugams advisory brandMust Have Requirements: Work experience
Minimum of 18 to 20 years professional experience in employee engagement,
people analytics or talent management practices in the HR domain
Must have experience of working in a consulting environment handling multiple
projects and client relationships
Knowledge of employee research principles, processes, and other inquiry
methods such as Focus Groups, ethnography and Interviews
Working knowledge of statistics and primary research experimental design
Familiarity with various survey and analysis platforms and tools: Qualtrics, SPSS
Education
Masters degree preferably in social sciences, organizational psychology,
economics, econometrics or
Masters in business administration with specialization in HR from tier 1 or 2
schoolsSkills
Can think independently and is able to apply best practice HR to a variety of
straightforward and complex situations
Can identify risks of taking different courses of action and can seek
appropriate advice when needed
Has strong communication and presentation skills
Has excellent client relationship management and stakeholder management
capabilities
Strong Facilitation skills with experience in designing and delivering training
sessions for participant groups across different seniority levels
Effective written, storytelling, verbal, and presentation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
