Job Description

Job Summary: The EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) Daily Monitoring Employee is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations by meticulously reviewing and verifying EVV records. This role involves identifying and resolving issues, communicating with direct support workers and clients, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of EVV documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily EVV Monitoring:

Review and verify daily EVV records for accuracy and compliance.

Identify and address issues such as missing logins/logouts, over/under use hours, and unapproved locations.

Issue Resolution:

Communicate with direct support workers and clients to resolve EVV discrepancies.

Assist in correcting time entries and ensuring accurate documentation.

Timecard Approval:

Oversee the daily approval of timecards to ensure compliance.

Support direct support workers with the timecard approval process.

Data Entry:

Document all communication and reasons for corrections in the Caretap system.

Maintain detailed records of all interactions and resolutions.

Data Analysis:

Analyze EVV data to identify patterns or trends indicating non-compliance or areas for improvement.

Prepare reports on daily monitoring activities and findings.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support on proper EVV usage and compliance requirements.

Develop and update training materials and documentation as needed.

Compliance Audits:

Assist with routine and random audits of EVV records and related documentation.

Support the implementation of corrective actions based on audit findings.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive records of daily monitoring activities and issue resolutions.

Prepare and submit daily reports on EVV compliance status to management.

Stay Informed:

Keep up to date with changes in EVV regulations and industry best practices.

Implement necessary changes to internal policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a monitoring, compliance, or administrative role within the healthcare industry.

Experience with Electronic Visit Verification systems is highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

Office environment

May require extended hours during peak periods or when addressing urgent compliance issues.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
