Job Description


Position Overview: As our Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our mission to life through meticulously planned and executed events. Collaborate with our dedicated sales promoters and channel partners, ensuring every event resonates with our core values and promotes the essence of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booth Setup: Creatively design, set up, and decorate exhibition booths or stands, ensuring Maivas products are showcased effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Showcase an in-depth understanding of Maivas products, answering questions and engaging with attendees.
  • Engagement: Connect passionately with event attendees, sparking conversations about our offerings and emphasizing the care behind each product.
  • Lead Generation: Tactfully collect contact information from potential clients and other interested parties, paving the way for future engagements.
  • Promotion: Distribute promotional items, brochures, samples, and other marketing materials, while sampling products to attendees, ensuring they get a firsthand experience of Maivas quality.
  • Data Collection: Collect feedback, observations, and valuable insights from each event to constantly refine our approach.
  • Event Logistics: Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from setup to teardown, ensuring materials are stored properly for future events.
  • Reporting: Diligently provide event reports, offering feedback to management to assess success and pinpoint areas of improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges, ensuring smooth event operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with sales promoters to identify potential events and exhibitions in sync with Maivas brand ethos.
  • Event Oversight: Ensure every event is seamlessly executed, from vendor coordination to on-site logistics.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Be the touchpoint for all marketing collateral, such as brand assets like posters, banners, and stall decorations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee event equipment inventory and ensure all materials are in prime condition.
Requirements

Candidate Preferred Requirements:

1. Bachelor s degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field

2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event management, operations, or productions

3. Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially ppt & excel)

4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proactive enough to solve problems and make strong decisions.

7. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

8. Excellent verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
