- Coordinate the organization, execution, and reporting of all BairesDev-sponsored events. - Plan and coordinate the information gathering on events to support future activities - both for company-sponsored and third-party events the client-facing teams eventually attend. - Identify the most relevant events our client-facing teams should participate in, organizing and segmenting these events according to the Sales and Client Services segmentation. - Create and manage the yearly agenda of events both for attendance and execution. - Analyze results and prepare evaluation reports of all events, including surveys and NPS forms to collect information from the participants and/or prospects. Here is what we are looking for: - 2+ years of experience with events planning, organization, execution, and reporting. - Previous experience in a leadership position management. - Experience with online and on-site events. - Advanced English level. Desirable: - Previous work experience with B2B events. - Previous experience with events in Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Tourism, or Technology. - Experience organizing simultaneous events for different areas.
