About the Team The Frost & Sullivan Customer Experience Team is an integral part of the customers\' journey, driving growth, and unleashing unprecedented opportunities at every step. In a nutshell, the global customer experience team plays a crucial role in acquiring clients, and driving them to harness the full potential of our wide range of deliverables, while positioning Frost & Sullivan as a Growth Pipeline Company. Overview An Intern is expected to support project team members and the project manager in research and ensuring the integrity of the research process, the validity of project content, and the development of detailed business and market strategies. Responsibilities Proactively develop external events target list and potential strategic partners list Identify speakership & knowledge partnership opportunities for Frost & Sullivan spokespersons in External Industry Events. Eventually once trained liaise with Industry Associations and Key top publications for knowledge partnership/editorial partnership opportunities Develop new media contacts from consumer, business, and trade publications Support media outreach campaigns on the back of breaking news Assist with the creation of compelling marketing brochures, infographics, e-mail campaigns Delivery of personal monthly status report (MSR) and regular achievement analysis every month in the format followed in the region. Complete any additional activities necessary to fulfill the objectives of the position efficiently. Qualifications We\'re looking for candidates who - Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications/PR & Journalism OR Marketing Have the flair to think out-of-the box and develop strategic partnerships on barter basis Negotiating skills Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills with complete fluency in the English language Understands how media works and what works and what does not Should enjoy creating, copywriting and proof-reading of promotional literature in English Are Well-organized and detail-oriented Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards Is a strategic thinker understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business What will make you succeed at Frost & Sullivan You need to be- Wildly curious and entrepreneurial Committed to customer success A self-starter invested in your future A persuasive communicator Deeply Analytical Benefits A friendly work environment with an \'open door\' policy A strong career path with growth opportunities.
