Events Executive
Account Management \xe2\x80\x93 Work Dynamics (India,APAC)

What this job involves:
Providing the perfect touch to our clients\xe2\x80\x99 events
In this role, you will be at the bottom of our clients\xe2\x80\x99 visits off-site and external events\xe2\x80\x94focusing on the nitty-gritty of related tasks, so everything is up and running. And when things go astray at any stage of the event planning, the responsibility falls squarely on your shoulders. You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to constantly be on the lookout for any holes in the plans and iron them out as soon as possible.

Connecting with a whole host of people
The event plans you will bring to life will not be possible without the help of vendors, so you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to build positive relationships with them.

Particularly, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be sitting down with hotel suppliers and negotiate with them for the most competitive deals. Before you make any decisions, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to make sure that you get everything you want and need.

Lastly, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need your customers to be your eyes and ears. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also ask them for their insights and feedback on how events can be improved.
