\xe2\x80\x9cIf you\'re offered a seat on a rocket ship, don\'t ask what seat!\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\x94 Sherly Sandberg Overview: As a Events Specialist at Blocumen Studios you will be responsible for creating and executing engagement strategies to attract, engage, and motivate community members. You will be responsible for curating, planning, organizing, and executing events that share knowledge, help build the ecosystem, promote our brand, showcase our products, and engage with our community. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute community events and activities, such as meetups, webinars, twitter spaces and workshops, to share what is happening in the industry and promote the company\'s brand and programs.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with speakers, partners and venues for executing a successful event.
• Analyzing market trends and feedback from the community for curating these events which will include working on the agenda, the speakers who will be coming etc.
• Work with external partners to developing joint plans for promoting and driving attendance at our events
• Travel to events as needed to ensure successful execution and representation of the company
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Commerce, English honours, or related field
• Proficiency in the English language (spoken and written) is a must with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in planning and executing community events and activities, both online and in-person and have conducted at least 40 events across online and offline space
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques gets brownie points

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9180,000.00 - 9240,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
