Mindbowser offers a suite of products and services around user experience, automation, analytics, and mobility that in turn helps businesses become more efficient and improves profitability.Key Responsibilities

• Event Hosting: Host a minimum of two webinars per quarter, primarily focused on the healthcare sector.
• Market Experience: Work with the US market, ideally within a fast-growing B2B service company or startup environment.
• Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute a variety of events, including webinars, third-party virtual conferences, and round-table discussions.
• Event Management: Identify relevant events for sponsorship or partnership. Manage internal and external stakeholders, coordinate with email marketing, advertising, and creative design teams, and oversee integrated marketing activities and event logistics.
• CRM & Tech Skills: Utilize CRM tools like ZOHO and demonstrate proficiency with Google Skills.
• Content Creation: Assist in creating and facilitating thought leadership sessions and presentations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Multitasking & Leadership: Handle multiple events simultaneously, delegate tasks effectively across event teams, and lead event projects.
• Executive Experience: Work effectively with C-level executives (CXOs), including close collaboration directly with the CMO and CEO.

Requirement

• Proven experience in hosting digital events/webinars, preferably in the healthcare domain.
• Demonstrated success in working with the US market within a B2B service company or startup.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales and marketing teams. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate various event aspects, including marketing and logistics.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like ZOHO and Google Skills.
• Strong content creation skills with the ability to facilitate thought leadership sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong multitasking abilities and leadership skills.
• Experience working with CXOs is a plus. If have prior experience or has his own podcast channel.

Qualifications

• MBA - Marketing.
• 4+ years of experience working in IT services company.
• Podcast hosting experience (At least 2 podcast and events in a quarter)
• Webinar hosting experience (Must Manage events globally)
• Monday to Friday working. (WFO)
