Job BriefThe Event Stylist will be responsible for planning and designing events, managing budgets, working with clients, and ensuring that events run smoothly. Responsibilities include:Responsibilities

• Planning and designing events, including decorations and entertainment
• Managing event budgets
• Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences
• Creating floor plans and models of the event space
• Coordinating with event managers, coordinators, and planners
• Developing a concept for the event, including themes, colours, and music
• Creating event designs, drawings, and renderings
• Managing inventory levels and resolving issues among clients, internal departments, and vendors
• Creating comprehensive event proposals and presentations for clients
• Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
• Developing detailed floor plans and timelines schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient event flow

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in interior or architectural design or other relevant design backgrounds with the right set of skills
• 2-3 years of professional experience in event planning and design
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creativity and innovation in event design
• Aesthetics and sense of colour combination & decor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent client convincing skills
• Strong organizational skills with an acute detail-oriented approach
• Ability to multi-task and pivot while working on varying degrees of deadlines and scope
• Proficiency in collaboration, productivity, and project management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility with working hours

Location and SalaryThe position is located in Surat with a salary range of 18K to 25K per month.
